WHAT WE DO
At House to Home Remodeling we provide a complete home improvement service. We will be the one number you will need as long as you own your building. We can provide a new entry door or a complete home overhaul. What we have found is that, if we provide the best solution for the client's current needs within their current budget, the relationship that develops brings us back to address the client's next project.
No matter if your project is $800.00 or $800,000.00 we provide a detailed estimate listing the cost of every element of your project. We can work with your design professional to achieve the vision you have developed with them or provide you with the support you need to select the color palette, fixtures, and materials that will reflect your tastes.
With many of our projects the clients continue to live in their homes as we renovate. At House to Home Remodeling we do not Apologize for Our Dust. We contain it. The first line of our proposal is Protection. The least we can do is allow you to breathe easily when your and our work day is done.
HOW WE DO IT
At House to Home Remodeling we use a lead carpenter and a full stable of licensed, bonded, and insured specialty contractors. The lead carpenter is the fist and last person to work on your project. And by work, we mean with his tools as well as his smart phone or tablet. At House to Home Remodeling we find that communication reduces the stress of having work being done in your home while you are busy at your own work. You will experience regular daily updates and find that your emails. texts, and phone calls are answered promptly.
Our subcontractors have been part of our team for many years. The plumber, electrician, and painter are all hands-on small business owners. The tile, heating, and drywall contractors, I have know personally for more than fifteen years. Because we have worked together so frequently, your project will receive the level of priority to keep us on schedule and on budget.
At House to Home Remodeling we bill only for labor performed and materials provided. No big deposits or start up fees. You retain 10% of the project until we are completely finished, swept up and out the door. The last week of a project is always the most profitable one for me, so getting the project finished always has my complete attention.

Dan Misklin, owner of First World Painting, is such a perfectionist. Without the outlet of restoration he might be considered a bit obsessive. The training he gives his staff and his eye for the smallest of flaws makes all of our work look so spectacular. We call him the Closer. Job Complete.
Stephen Donnelly, the owner of House to Home Remodeling, has worked as a carpenter in San Francisco since 1978, transitioning to becoming a General Contractor in 1989. He is a LEEDS Accredited Professional and an EPA Certified Renovator. Stephen is an Outer Sunset resident and the best friend of Tanner, the fabulous Dakota Sport Retriever.
